FAQ: FAQ
  • What is your training methodology?
We use balance training methods that teach your dog structure by establishing rules. 95% of training is reinforced with rewards and 5% is helping your dog understand boundaries.
  • Do you offer training services for unvaccinated puppies 8-16 weeks?
Yes! For unvaccinated puppies we have a designated training area that is fully sanitized with veterinary grade disinfectant. No shoes can be worn in the designated puppy area and paws must be cleaned before entering the puppy zone. Wipes and cleaning materials for the puppy will be provided at our location. For puppy training we request owners to bring their own crate, blanket, bed, bowl, and water during class.
  • Do you host socialization classes or play groups?
Yes! For unvaccinated puppies we have a designated play area that is fully sanitized with veterinary grade disinfectant after each play session. Proof of vaccination is required.
  • How long is each training session? How are classes conducted?
Our classes are 50 minutes per session. All group classes are COVID compliant and held outdoors socially distanced.
  • What do we need to bring for classes?
We recommend brining a mixture of low and high value treats in a treat pouch (no plastic bags) and your own water as needed. For unvaccinated puppy trainning we require owners to bring their own crate, blanket, bed, bowl, and water during class.
  • What areas do you cover for private at home training?
We service San Mateo, Foster City, and Belmont, San Carlos, and Redwood Shores, however we can make accommodations for an additional fee.
